- Booking Confirmation: All bookings for tours, retreats, expeditions, and workshops are subject to confirmation. Payment in full or a deposit, as specified for each service, may be required at the time of booking.
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as indicated on our online platform. All payments must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Pricing: Prices for all services and products are as listed on our online platform and are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
3. Cancellations and Refunds

In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
4. Participant Responsibility
- Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in our activities. You must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements that may affect your participation.
- Conduct: We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards our guides, staff, other participants, and the natural environment. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the activity without refund.
5. Retail of Art Supplies
- Product Descriptions: We endeavour to provide accurate descriptions and images of our art supplies. However, slight variations may occur due to the nature of natural pigments and manufacturing processes.
- Returns: Our return policy for art supplies is detailed on our online platform. Generally, returns are accepted for faulty or incorrectly supplied items within a specified period, provided they are in their original condition.
